Policies

Curbside Pickup:

Only available on Tuesday-Thursday from 9am-9pm. 

AFTER your order is placed and you have received a confirmation email, you will receive an additional email to know when your items are ready for pick up and where the pickup location will be. 

Please leave a note when checking out stating the time you will need your order by. In addition, a delivery fee up to $15 outside of Tallulah,LA. 

Items MUST be picked up within 2 days. AFTER 2 days we will send out a shipping invoice with a shipping fee. If the shipping fee is not paid within 24-48 hours the order is cancelled and not refunded. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer Refunds or Exchange with Curbside Pickup.

Shipping Policy: 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. When your order has been shipped you will receive an emailed with your tracking number. 

If you have any delays with a shipment please contact USPS customer service at 1 (800) 275-8777. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via. carrier, or incorrect shipping information. We are not responsible for weather related delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Niyah’s Hair & Lash, LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Niyah’s Hair and Lash is not responsible for packages that state DELIVERED. 

Return’s & Exchange Policy:

Niyah’s Hair and Lash does offer refunds for APPROVED RETURNED Items. NO exchanges. Please choose the correct lengths, color, and/or texture when placing an order. 

The items must be in original condition & NOT used to receive a refund. You only have (7) days to return your item! Day 1 will be whenever your item was delivered. 

If you are RETURNING an item and it is shipped but have not been delivered by the 7th day. Your refund will be forfeited! NO EXCEPTIONS  ! 

We will not accept the hair if it has been:

    •    Installed

    •    Treated with chemicals (bleached or dyed)

    •    Bundle rubber bands have been cut, broken, or removed.

    •    Washed, wet, or not in original condition.

    •    The hairs texture/pattern has been altered.

Again, We do NOT offer exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

We only will cancel the order if it has NOT been shipped. If your package is in transit/shipped, or delivered it cannot be canceled. Cancelations are not always possible.
